Lindt Optimises Talent Acquisition with PageUp’s Recruitment Software

Lindt & Sprüngli is a world renowned Swiss chocolatier and confectionery company, founded in 1845. Rodolphe Lindt revolutionised chocolate making with the concept of ‘conching’, which has led to the production of the silky-smooth chocolate we have come to know and love.

Despite being an innovative company, Lindt found it was struggling with its recruitment processes, resulting in minimal direct sourcing, and as a result, high agency spend.

Phil Turner, HR Specialist at Lindt, says PageUp’s recruitment software solution has been instrumental in creating a more efficient talent acquisition process.

“The PageUp system has really changed what we do. We have gone from paper processes to really smart automated processes, where it is allowing us more time to add value in our roles,” Turner says.

PageUp’s recruitment management system also completely overhauled Lindt’s onboarding workflows, improving the candidate experience and reducing the time spent on the overall recruitment process. Where once it took two weeks between sending out a contract and setting up a new employee in the payroll system, it now takes just a little over two days.

“For a company of our size, having a powerful system like PageUp, and with all that latest technology, really makes us very competitive,” Turner says.
