Applicant-to-hire shows how effective your job listings are. It can help you to identify whether your job listings are reaching and engaging the right audience by highlighting the percentage of applicants who are converting to new hires.

Candidate-to-hire refers to how many candidates are needed to find 1 hire and highlights the effectiveness of identifying qualified talent that meet hiring manager needs. A low candidate-to-hire rate indicates many unsuitable candidates are reaching hiring managers, leading to higher costs, delays, and potential harm to your employer brand.

Offer acceptance rate calculates the percentage of candidates who have been offered a position, have accepted the offer. It helps you evaluate whether your offers are attractive and competitive, and whether you are an employer of choice.

Desktop : Mobile ratio shows you the proportion of applications that were submitted by each device. When combined with incompletion rate and time to apply, it can help you identify the effectiveness of your application process on desktop or mobile.
