How SkillSurvey integrates with PageUp
High Level Process Overview
- When a recruiter is ready to check references for a particular candidate, the recruiter will access the candidate profile in PageUp and initiate the reference assessment process through SkillSurvey using a Create Candidate API message that is automatically generated by PageUp.
- This Create Candidate message will include key information about the candidate such as the candidate first name, last name, job title, survey ID and the recruiter’s email. A Status Update message will be sent to PageUp when the candidate has been created and the email has been sent out.
- An email will be sent out to the candidate with instructions and a link to access SkillSurvey to enter reference information, agree to a consent form and send an email to references requesting they fill out a survey on their behalf.
- The reference will receive an email from the candidate with a link to fill out the survey. A Status Update message will be sent to PageUp when references start coming in.
- The recruiter will receive an email notification from SkillSurvey and PageUp will receive a Status Update message when the minimum numbers of references have completed their surveys.
- The Status Update message in PageUp and email to the recruiter will include a link to “FinaliseFinalize and Run Report”.
- The recruiter will click the link to finalisefinalize and run the report in the email or from within PageUp. The report will automatically launch with the ability to download, print, or email.
- The report link will remain in PageUp for future reference
- The recruiter has the ability to re-finalisefinalize the report if two or more additional reference responses are received.
