The rikta quiz is a quick, mobile-friendly personality test consisting of a series of behavioural questions. On average, candidates finish it in just 3.5 minutes.
With the help of AI, rikta develops a unique candidate report, highlighting your candidates personality traits, their alignment with the role and company values, plus tailored interview questions and communication strategies.
