How pymetrics integrates with PageUp
- For each instance where the pymetrics assessment will be utilized, there should be one Assessment Package configured in PageUp (pymetrics can configure the assessment package via API).
- When a candidate applies to a position, there are two options to progress a candidate forward depending on how the PageUp system has been configured: either the recruiter moves that candidate to the ‘online testing’ stage and selects the desired assessment package or this can be configured to be automatically triggered without any action on the recruiter.
- The candidate will receive an invite from PageUp with a link to take the assessment. When the candidate opens that link and clicks on the ‘Start Assessment’ button, the candidate will be seamlessly taken to the pymetrics assessment.
- Once the candidate completes the assessment (Games or Digital Interview), they will be redirected back to PageUp, where they will be informed that they will get notified when the results are sent back unto the system.
- pymetrics will automatically feed the results back to PageUp.
- The recruiter will then be able to see the assessment results in PageUp along with a link to a more detailed report in pymetrics’ Client Portal, which will assist them in making a decision about the candidate.
