Todays workforces certainly need to have their accreditations and credentials checked through recruitment – but they also need to have them check ongoing to ensure they remain valid and current. Oho makes that easy, allowing the checks established through background recruitment screening to be carried forward into ongoing checks for key types. This reduces your teams manual data processing and strengthens your safeguarding controls.
How Oho integrates with PageUp
We have build an integration consistent with PageUp recommendations
- A candidate is put into background check invite (to a specific defined package)
- Oho picks this record (as “pending”) from the PageUp API and marks it as a “new” status
- Oho then sends the applicant an email with a secure link for them to provide the various accreditations setup for that package
- The applicant then completes the data submission
- Oho verifies the list of accreditations, tracking the status and progressively updating each of the results in PageUp until all the checks in a package are completed, and then the package is marked complete.
- The results can then be seen in PageUp (to the degree it supports) and Oho.
